Our Club

The Spruce Grove Regals were formed in 1985 and play in the Capital Junior Hockey League (CJHL) governed by the Amateur Hockey Association (Hockey Alberta).

We provide an opportunity for players to continue to play competitive hockey after graduating the Minor Hockey System. We invite all eligible players to attend our tryout camps.
